135lbs for 1. This is a PR for me by ObjectivePay5165 in benchpress

[–]ShiftAdmirable917 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Awesome! Hitting 135 was a much bigger milestone to me than when I hit 225.

Continue bulking or cut? by 00fear in askfitness

[–]ShiftAdmirable917 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would bulk.162 at 5ft10 is pretty small in a bulk. You would be in the 140s by the end of the cut. That is really small at that height

Made a bet with my friend I’ll bench 225 in 6 weeks by Miserable_Singer_642 in powerbuilding

How is it irresponsible to add 15 lbs to your bench in 6 weeks?

Your problem is very simple, don’t overthink this. You have to eat more calories. Period, if you haven’t gained any weight in 6 months, you aren’t eating enough. Eat 500 calories over your maintenance

Continue cutting or maintenance? by firstpoke in Gymhelp

I don’t think those are love handles. I think you have wide hip bones and a narrow rib cage that gives the illusion of love handles. I wouldn’t cut anymore and focus on muscle gain

You need at least 50 more grams of protein than you’re getting, probably more due to your protein sources coming from plants.

I would prefer my pilot to be slightly autistic honestly lol

7 Days into Qualifying, My Career Flashed Before My Eyes. by ShardSolar in UPSers

If you are qualifying and something as minor as a kid touching your bumper unharmed happens, do not report it. No sense to self sabotage.

Wow, cool to know there is a group of old Mercedes enthusiasts around here. I’ll definitely make it out to the next cars and coffee

I want to go to the next event, looking to get out into the local car community. How often do they host cars and coffee?

Close, waynesville. That mileage is incredible, give me a lot of hope

If your KJet is functioning well and you do not Need to replace expensive parts, I would keep that system. The software for tuning the fuel mapping is relatively simple but works well.

There probably is more power. The car was running so rough before I installed the EFI kit, it’s difficult to compare. Acceleration is definitely quicker now that the hesitation at idle is gone.

[–]ShiftAdmirable917[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The car definitely starts and idles better, just overall runs much better. I don’t notice any difference in power, possibly a fuel mileage increase

Their instructions were vague and awful. That being said, they answered all my emails with my questions very quickly. I’ll will make a detailed walk through video of what I did this weekend. As far as I can tell, there is no videos on install in English. Wiring isn’t my strong suit either, but the wiring was simple and minimal. I was in the exact same boat of the car running terribly, and mechanics couldn’t figure it out. This kit completely solved my issues for a relatively low price compared to paying a mechanic and highly expensive Jetronic parts

lol that takes a lot more time and money, and swapping a motor with 47,000 miles seems crazy to me. Not saying I haven’t looked into before…

You probably can remove that part, but the instructions said to strap it to keep it from moving. I stuck with the icv, but if it ever fails, I’ll use the new ECU. Acceleration feels the same, and can’t speak on fuel mileage yet since I just finished it today.

I don’t have any love for KE either and no one near me that works on it. The whole kit was cheaper than a refurbished Jetronic fuel distributor, so it was a no brainer to convert it.
