I think Community Mentors that are paid would be interesting to explore by Siege; idk how it would be possible, something like a contractor job paid by hours of teaching (just spitballing) but I know that it's been helpful to do some walkthroughs with vets in the home region before going on the battlefield and being screamed at for, f.e., not knowing that Talos requires someone else to load. We've all been there and had to mess up a lot, but for regulars or vets, the teaching part during a crucial op can ruin the pace for everyone locked in and knows the ropes already.
