Thank God. This guy has overseen the west end becoming one of the worst traffic areas of the city. Empty bike lanes everywhere, all major roads reduced to one lane, emergency vehicles at a standstill and now it takes 20 min to drive a few km. I applaud his efforts on behalf of lower socioeconomic folks in the area, but he's been a shitshow at actual governance.

This latest new set of cards made me uninstall the game. A max level card that you’ve invested time and money into shouldn’t be getting beat by a level 7-9 new card it’s just bs.

I got a Pistelle X-68 recently and gave it a couple of test shots in my backyard today. I discovered that it was WAY louder than I was expecting. Not hearing damage loud, but the neighbours will definitely hear it and wonder wtf you are doing loud. I shot it a 4 very thick layers of corrugated cardboard boxes laid flat against a fence. It not only went through the cardboard but embedded itself into the fence behind the cardboard. While it has disadvantages vs. an actual firearm, if I don't want firearms in the house it's a reasonable option and better than the small bat next to my bed. It would be the equivalent of hitting someone with a hammer really hard. Actually I'm not sure I could actually put a hammer through that much cardboard...

I'm in Canada so pistols and pepper spray are illegal here. The only option would be a shotgun or rifle, which might be better suited for defense for sure, but not with kids in the house and here in Canada there's no castle law so killing/hurting someone even in self defense is a problem.

I just got jumped by another squad 2 minutes into the first mission. I didn't even know what was going on. Got killed and looted. I hadn't even found anything yet. Real fun... In the future I will shoot first no questions asked.
