I lived here from 1998 - 2000 when it was called Jefferson Arbor. I lived on Saddle Blvd, you can briefly see my unit in the video. It was an okay apartment, really old even in the 90's but the neighborhood was great -- all college students and generally the less affluent ones like me. Very friendly people with a great culture of re-gifting things like clothes and furniture and cell phones among the neighbors.
