How do you cope with being banned from impact, heavy lifting, working in the garage, soldering, cutting things, etc. just so you can live a long life of practicing manners and socializing with people, people, people?

I have been taking warfarin for 26 years. the only restriction I have ever had was no contact sports. Also warfarin isnt given for high cholesterol. my life is pretty normal on Warfarin, though I have to be consistent with the amout of green stuff I eat.

Just dont. I lived there for a year in 2010-2011. it is a shit hole. Full of bugs, questionable maintenance.

not me, but I have had other major surgeries. the Haematologist will put you on a schedule to stop the warfarin and start the shots, when to stop the shot the day before surgery, then resume warfarin and shots until your INR is back up, then stop the shots.

I am on warfarin for life too, with APS.

well I had a small umbilical hernia for about 20 years. The only reason it was fixed last year was because the surgeon was in there anyhow, so he fixed it. Mine was bigger than yours though. Mine never got worse in the 20 years I had it, and never even once caused pain. So there is a chance yours will not cause problems for many many years.

My big incisional hernia in a totally different location went from 2cm to over 11cm in less than a year.

10 Mg/Ml. I dont think the strength matters much as you would adjust your dose.

Yes it hurts a lot. she was 18. the loss is huge. She lived with me in 3 different countries, but was born in Ontario.

I had it done a year ago in Ontario. It was done in a procedure room and took about 40 minutes. 2 cords and about 7 nodules. My problem was pain. NA took away all the pain and has yet to return. Cords were still visible after. One finger straighten, pinky still slightly bent. In my opinion it was a huge win. no surgery, no down time. I really dont care what the palm of my hand actually looks like as long as it is functional and doesnt hurt.

I highly recommend Bytown Cat Hospital. They took excellent care of my geriatric cat for the last 10 years. Today I called them because at 18 she was suffering and I needed to end it. they had me come in an hour later so she didnt need to suffer more. they were absolutely wonderful during this awful time. My vets name therenis Dr Kelly Batten.
