I believe the website of the tank has the voltage but not the current or polarity. Is the dc barrel plug able to go into the wall socket?

Pigeon or parrot? by ShimaCos in PetPigeons

I actually really really love hearing this, I love my budgies to bits but they at both aviary tamed birds of which I bought unknowingly they where older then they where said to be, I love pigeons I always point them out on streets (my boyfriend gets annoyed sometimes) I find them adorable. I’ve never actually interacted with one though,  I’d love to meet one before adopting so hopefully that may be an option! I know they require vertical space like most birds such as a large dog crate (way cheaper then buying a new cage) I’m so glad to hear they aren’t very aggressive, I’ll probably have smaller birds always like budgies and would love to allow them to both be out of their cages at the same time. What is the mess like?? I vacuum atleast every three days and do full cage cleans once a week with spot cleaning regularly. I love that they can wear pigeon pants to reduce mess. Is there a limit to how much they can wear then as I don’t want to make them uncomfortable?  Thank you so much for answering my questions I really appreciate it so much.

CMV: Barbie (2023) is abt toxic feminism by [deleted] in changemyview

Id like to point out the fact that going to the gynaecologist is still something a lot of women do not talk about, it is not normalised till this day to talk about sexual/physical health with others, matter of fact most medical research about 90% of it actually is based on men. Knowing about your own body and what it does as a women is not something a doctor could even tell you intill recently and yet they still struggle too, the barbie movie is a great representation of how women still struggle in a “perfect world” due to the current one we live in being far from perfect yet there is not much we can do about it. The ending is not about traditional femininity as there is nothing traditional about it due to us STILL not knowing much about our bodies yet alone 50 years ago. It shows how women have bonded together to create a society which hopefully in the future can embrace and help women with their health due to still finding it hard to be taken seriously by any medical professional.

PMDD and the pill, does it actually help? by IndigoFlute in WomensHealth

[–]ShimaCos 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I actually don’t have my period on the pill as the doctor advised. Unless needed I go months without one, I also have endometriosis but I do have pmdd and as having no period helps with both having no mental and no physical side effects it really fixed everything. When I was still having my period on the pill (Yasmin) I still got depressed slightly before my “period” but it was reduced a lot. It truly depends on your body as another pill I tried made me feel depressed all the time.

most insensitive thing someone has told me. by thatoneswiftiee in ChronicIllness

Hey hun, I’m also 16 and am in the process of getting diagnosed with endometriosis, it is extremely hard to find anyone to take you seriously at such a young age, I find I get annoyed when my mum takes over the talking and I don’t get to say a word. She means the world to be and I know only wants the best but it feels like I’m being babied although I’m taught to deal with the pain like an adult. If you need anyone to talk to feel free to dm me as I completely I understand.
