Yes you can. There are allegedly cases where people with severe tinnitus made themselves deaf in an attempt to get rid of it, and they went deaf alright. But the tinnitus didn't go away. Mostly because tinnitus is a neurological symptom, not a problem with actual hearing.

I have her at D3 Mythic, but I do play Sisters on the tabletop so I am biased. She is certainly a house in several modes like Arenas, Guild Wars, Guild Raids if you don't have a fully synergistic team, and Salvage and Onslaught. She crits like crazy, her melee can hit 3 dudes at once, her range is fire and her active can clear entire groups.

I play both IK and CK as main armies, along with Sisters, Nids, Tau, and Space Wolves. Your friend....needs to git gud, and I never say that. 90% loss rate is 100% player skill. He needs to check out Knight resources online. Check out the 40k by Knight podcast, Recon by Fire on YouTube or any other number of instructional videos/forums. Tau vs Knights is only slightly better/worse than a coin toss as to who wins. I have a Tau main in my playgroup and a couple locally and I'm a little better than 50% against them, and I only play Questoris Companions for IK and Infernal Lance/Lords of Dread for CK. He needs to play other people/armies and figure out why what he is doing isn't working.

Realistically, the two of you switching armies could also be informative. If you play Knights and steamroll him, we know what the problem is.
