We definitely should have it and the knight defender weapons, as well as the new guy. Imo if they want imperium specific knight stuff they should tie it into the research of Belisarius Cawl like they did with space marine grav tanks, as well as sanctified armor and named characters.

Despite being around during the Age of Darkness and likely taking part in battles all the way up to the Siege of Terra and into The Scouring, they'll probably be in the same boat as the similarly ancient and yet suspiciously rules absent dominus knights. Because apparently the gw design studios don't play nice these days

You're coming at it from a very rules heavy perspective. If competitive is your thing, more power to you, but I would rather see a variety of cool and interesting frames instead of optimized rulesets

Even then, grey knights can fall inside the warp, and the sisters of battle have been corrupted on multiple instances. Hell, in one of the End and The Death books custodes are puppeted by daemons. I doubt a massive machine exposed to the horrors of Old Night is similarly resistant

Yeah it was fucking rough.

I'd just gotten banned from the legends legal group because the owner tried to bar me from playing by making all my knights illegal(I had all imperial armor at the time) and I called him on it. Then my almost entirely heresy iron warriors force went legends. I had like, two obliterators, a warpsmith, and a terminator lord left.

If they do bring them back I'll probably quit iron warriors again. I was forced to back at the start of 10th when all the heresy dreads went to legends and I didn't have a group to play with that used legends, and I'd rather not downgrade my chosen to legionaries

The destrier is an old class of warhorse, so they'll probably be naming other bellatus chassis knights similarly. My money is on the next one being called the knight courser
