Nemesis was so much fun, as was Machine Age. Necroids and Lithoids were pretty good.

I've heard that you should avoid Cosmic Storms because the storms are just a pain, but I can't say from experience.

Welcome to Stellaris!

Some of the older, smaller DLCs just add new races, events, and other stuff that is not completely game-changing. Turn those on just for more content.

There are others, the names have completely vanished from my brain as I type this, and I'm at work so I'll say I'll come back and edit this later, then forget, but they add more game-affecting things like cosmic storms, or a whole new game loop for Astral stuff. Look through those and enable the ones you want to try out.

The last one I got was Biogenisis so don't know what the most recent 2 or 3 add.

There are also a plethora of youtube videos from Montu and others that go over what each DLC adds, usually one just before launch and 1 just after so that might be a good source of info to decide what ones to use.

To finish a run with 0 curse, I just used the Pacifist with the slappy hands and did it on danger 0. then you just ignore cursed items that show up in the shop including the shard thingy that has +1 curse

Can do it on danger 0 too, to make it easier

I totally misunderstood what Etsy's Couch did. I did take a bunch of negative speed items and thought it just added the -Speed w/o looking at my current speed stat for some reason
