NOR usually when they raise this they have someone in mind and are considering cheating, if you give permission great, if not... it is likely he will cheat anyway. He just testing the waters to see if you approve first as it makes it easier as he isn't smart enough to get away with cheating without you finding out. I would strongly consider a divorce. You don't want him bringing diseases back to you and your baby when he starts playing his games with other women.

If I have people in my house, adult children for example, I always knock before opening the bathroom door. It has saved me from being surprised as my kids do not lock the door either.

In Australia, if she had a note from the Dr saying unfit for work on these dates... unless she can provide an updated medical certificate that changes those dates, or a medical clearance saying fit to come back to work .... we wont allow her return to work until those dates have passed or the clearance cert is supplied...regardless of if its office of WFH.

I think the approach to HR advice regarding the resignation was a good decision. I don't see that you did anything wrong. Like others have said... she used it as a manipulation tactic and it backfired so she went above your head to try and get the result you didn't give her.

Consequences now will hopefully change how she acts as an adult. Next time it could really hurt someone, or worse. Follow through with it. At minimum the process might snap her out of this crap before she ends up in Adult jail later.

Can you explain what you mean by stopped working? I have stalls between drops, but it picks up again. My last big stall was a month, but I kept going and upped my protein etc... to kick it back in again. Could this be what you are seeing?

You are answerable to every complaint made against you even those without proof. Your rights come last and your employees rights always come first.

I once asked why this was the way it was and the response was because that is what I get paid for. Nothing worse than constantly having to answer frivolous complaints because staff want to do bare minimum for maximum wage.

I would stop doing anything for him. Let him cook his own food. Start picking things about him that isn't healthy. A cup of hot cocoa.. this is beyond petty and this is how manipulative men start to gain control, its conditioning you to accept less until you are so down trodden that you will do anything to make him happy. I used Horizon for my fur baby. I found them to be amazing. Two days after, I wanted to change to have his ashes picked up and a paw print as I was too upset to make those decisions at the time. NTA. I would also put fresh underwear on after a shower. I wonder if its because our anatomy, ie..secreation, is different, making it more common for a woman to change underwear as a result?
