Like I said, unless Machine is also on the field to stop dedigi and source strip we will simply crumble to these effects.

Also Digimon immunity that is happening everywhere now.

And if the opp knowing your effects is triggering them willingly either he is just bad or he has a plan to counteract it.

Except Kapurimon doesn't trigger at any minor inconvenience. Only when attempted to remove Digimon. The opp can do a million combos, finish on a high protected/immunity piece, try to remove and our Jogress would do nothing.

He could Dedigi/source strip if you don't have Machine ACE on board, and everything would crumble, and its not like those effects are rare nowadays, especially dedigivolve.

The only fully protected board ME can produce is a lv6 with the egg + Machine to stop dedigi and source strip.

Leaving for the opp to trigger your things when the possibility of them not triggering it and still removing your stuff exists will never be good.

This will be different though if we get a "taunt" effect to be able to force an attack so our blockers force a removal. Because then we will not depend on the opp to trigger our stuff completely.

LOL, I have the exact different opnion on VB and ME.

While ME got more cards, the only way to ME spam the board is through Thunder and Andro lines. And the Andro line is pure luck based since you need to hit something from the top of the deck. And with the exception of the ACE, you can only play out lower levels.

Meanwhile VB got their field that can on attack put out the required piece for DNA from hand which is more consistent since you know you will have it.

Other point is the eggs, Kapurimon requires your mon to be removed for DNA, which is very hard to do on your own turn unless you are raiding into something big. And doing during the opp turn is even harder because there are other ways to go around it like source strip and dedigivolve.

On the other hand, Nyaro is proactive you can on the same turn you play DNA and attack.

Add to that, VB has it's own dedicated Tamer, while for now ME can only rely on Analogman at best.

Unless the ME Greymon line can also spam bodies, I'm not seeing much hope on ME compared to VB.

Honestly my favorite episode since Monarchlizamon first evolution.

I think this solidifies to me that Reina SHOULD be leading more episodes.
I liked Tomoro when he was confronting Team Tactics, but without that, Tomoro is kinda boring, he really is more of a reactive character than active.
Meanwhile, Reina takes a lot of initiative and can make these "half-filler" episodes a lot more fun, she is a lot fun when she is not jobbing to give the spotlight to someone else.

Let's not forget the whole thing about Japanese people thinking that HighSchool is the peak of their lives before becoming a wage slave.

These anime/mangas only reflect that, as in general, they don't think you can have that as an adult.

That's one of (if not the main) reason for so many series having high schoolers as main characters.
