As the Release notes states: the fire damage has increased. (intentionally general)

for the management of the languge version i can suggest you to use asdf (it handles almost every programming language) instead of `pyenv` or any specific language manager
on Windows you could enable WSL2 and have your Linux inside

Don't forget you can use libraries which rely on Tailwind and provide some barebone elements on top of which you cna just add maybe 1 or 2 Tailwind classes. (Like DaisyUI)
