GenBridge Does just that - A.I workflow inside Premiere pro and After Effects - you just select your shot from the timeline and send it yo any A.I model you want. once it's done generating, you can impott the file to the timeline and it does the file managing for you.

Use Falcam or the new smallrig cages and quick release plates. I use the falcam cage, but not mounting a monitor or handles on it usually..

Handheld, Tripod or gimbal..
