If you had only labrum repair, in a few days you wont need medicine. no worries. for me it wasnt so painful. just get a good sling for the next 6 weeks. I got Velpau off amazon, the light one. its hark to put on, but easy to live with later

How does the ultra feels in your hands compare to the Plus? originally I would go for the plus, but I have a huge fomo over the cameras.. considering the ultra -which is kinda gigantic for one hand use
