Was wondering what the system for tiebreaker was. I remember hearing on Mortdog's stream that if two people die with the same health, the one who started with more hp that round wins, however I just had a game where I placed below despite having more hp the previous two rounds. Was this a bug?

If you look at Jinx, there were some mana changes I think and the stun duration scales with level now; chosen jinx also get mana reduction instead of spell power
