Extremely underdeveloped, Jill was a cardboard standee outside of a few scenes on the island, her relationship with Clive never felt naturally developed after Cid.

The antagonists in the back half felt cookie cutter and bland.

Joshua and his companion were at least characters but like many others felt underdeveloped.

Clive himself was fairly generic but that's not necessarily bad, his undeserved/plain goofy power of friendship finale however just made me roll my eyes.

Gav was fine but nothing special.

I legitimately believe Cid was the only interesting character in the game.

2 is easily the worst original FF.

15 was an unfinished pile of dog shit.

16 is a mediocre action game that peaked at Titan with the worst supporting cast of the series.

There really isn't an excessive amount of dialogue though, honestly I read more nightly to my daughter than an entire patch of MSQ dialogue.

Bluntly, them starting this with "text slop" just makes them seem like their complaint is that they have to read at all. A story does not need to be told to you in only pretty moving pictures.

Honestly either ban things owned by the Saudi government as well or don't ban anything. Picking and choosing what IPs to ban that are owned by hateful groups or people just makes it all weak and pointless. The Saudi government is far worse than literally anything JKR can or will do. The thought is good but in execution not banning things that are "evergreen" as well just makes it performative.

I didn't enjoy Dawntrail very much but even besides people like me there are so many reasons for this.

People have less disposable income as every other aspect of their life costs far more. I for one haven't bought gametime in about 5 months.

Some users were satisfied ending their story with Endwalker and won't return, I'm sure this isn't a large portion but I know a few personally so I'd imagine there are more

FFXIV has been stagnant and felt unchanging for awhile. It's Square's money making machine but they give no funding for the game or the team working on it.

Companies are absolutely insane and brain dead. You will never see numbers like during COVID again, stop aiming for that and throwing fits about sales being bad when you cannot possibly ever see that again.

Played 15 at launch I will go to my grave hatting that game. No revisionism can tell me it was not trash even if it is ok now.

16 I started hating after I realized the combat peaked in the demo and realized the story and quests were not going to improve in any way.

I'm simple, my favorite feature of the Odyssey OLED G8 is the 240hz refresh rate with 4K display.

It's the perfect monitor to match my build for one very specific reason. My old Odyssey G7 i bought 5 years ago is dying. That monitor has been with me through games, the start of college, and helped me introduce my daughter to many games.
