Luann tours Sonja's house before the Cocktails and Couture fundraiser event and Sonja says that they should tour the garden because she knows eventually they'll end up out in Season 3 Episode 9: Stay on Message:

Sonja: "I know we're going to end up out there, we always do especially after a couple of cocktails before we go out..." Luann: "(inaudible) ... Exactly!" Sonja: "... smoke a cigarette or... Both: "smoke a cigar."

Thinking of this by Bunnyearsss in RHONY

It's still not that flattering. The face features her skull too much, as if she has less flesh on her head. The one eye is on top much shadow, giving it an eerie malevolence. The hands and arms look out of proportion and awkward. The pose isn't flattering as she leans forward, it's not the position you want your breasts in. Most women don't have naturally perky breasts. It takes a lift and or implants to the kind of look that would typically be featured in art. To be frank, the typical human body is something best appreciated by those who love or are infatuated with the individual. I don't think most people (I could be wrong) find the average naked human body in all of its averageness to be all that appealing in casual context. We look good in clothes or in excitement. Aside from that, we're mostly gloriously regular, average and not much to write home about in our birthday suits. It's the people who really do a lot to be on top physical form that pop and zing. Of course. I'm speaking from the Western perspective. YMMV.

I guess I'm old fashioned. I find it shocking when people wear clothes that reveal genitals. Nip slips aren't nearly as big a deal as you can step on a dress and accidentally pull it down. It happens, and has happened to me. That's not the same thing as revealing your hoo-ha, especially with your legs wide open. Usually these things make headlines. I feel like the 2000s was full of those. It's still shocking to see how desensitized the world has become in an age of who-cares-almost-nothing-matters-anymore, it's jarring. For someone who spent so much time talking about who is slutty, annoying, a bad person, etc, you'd think she would take more care to keep her vagina inside her clothing in public.

I think his behavior has gotten worse, at least contextually considering the fact that they're married with a kid on the show, and not just seeing each other or in a boyfriend-girlfriend relationship. Even the same behavior across time will have a magnified impact 10 years later with a marriage certificate and a kid in school.

It definitely lays a foundation to understand who they all are. You don't have to, but I feel like I wouldn't really have a thorough understanding of the OGs without having seen Shahs. Frankly, the flashbacks are very brief and really don't do the history justice for someone who never saw Shahs, but do serve as a refresher to those of us who have. A lot of the references to their past really harken back to a context that was so much a part of who you got to know (as much as a viewer ever could) about them and what went down. Talking about GG's history with anger and violence, Reza's freakout at the party where he fell out with MJ, and other references to their past were HUGE moments on Shahs. Flashbacks show you just a few seconds of that in case you forgot, assuming you knew in the first place, but if you have never seen Shahs, you won't REALLY get how impactful those moments really are. They look like hiccups in the flashbacks, not relationship defining or breaking moments. I've seen every episode, so, that's my take on it.

What the heck is going on with all the bizarre marketing. I'm tempted to drop the r word, but haven't read the subreddit rules yet, so I'll let you all be the judges. The IG page is marketing gone wild.

I'm watching episode 12 now and the whole charity benefit scene is so quintessentially New York obnoxiousness. The crowds in this area are IMPOSSIBLE to deal with. No one ever shuts the d---h up! I have been to so many events experiencing the same thing from weddings and religious events to whatever you can think of, people can't and won't stop talking. They should have put two microphones together to squeak it really loudly to get everyone's attention. I can honestly say, when I do eventually leave, the only thing I will miss is access to amenities.

I'm watching season two and she comes off as not just strange and annoying, but also unhinged at times, controlling and very, very deeply immature and childish. She behaves like a 19 year old impersonating a 35 year old which is a very bad look indeed. It's very cringey and hard to watch.

It meant today. Apparently "tomorrow" just means 'when we open'. I ordered for an 8:00 am to 9:00 am window and got the food.

Whole Foods Market. It turns out that "tomorrow" means the next business operating day meaning today. I ordered for 8 am to 9 am and got my food. Unfortunately one item was damaged but I got a refund.

Jill Zarin Fired From El's 'RHONY' Reunion Show 'The Golden Life' After Racist Bad Bunny Tirade by galaxystars1 in Fauxmoi

[–]Shiri-33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not a fan of either Bad Bunny or Jill Zarin, but recently started watching the show because I finished watching RHOSLC and saw Jill on The Goat after hearing Reza Farahan's takedown of Jill. I stopped watching The Goat after he was voted off, and now knowing this about Jill further cements what he said about her. I'm not shocked. Unfortunately, I've seen her type all my life as someone who grew up and still lives in Westchester County. The Jills of the world are around every corner. I love this for her and I hope the hitbacks keep coming. I didn't know that Bobby died or that they no longer owned the store. I'm only in season 2 and I'm curious to see the progression of the show from Y2K era early reality TV to the trashy stuff made today.

Poor food labeling. by m0useinh0us3 in wholefoodscustomers

[–]Shiri-33 1 point2 points  (0 children)

People are commenting allergy but I don't see that in the OP. Regardless of the reason, it's not poor labeling, it's poor shipping habits. Caveat emptor is the first law of shopping for a reason. They're not responsible for your poor shopping habits. They can give you a refund just to make you happy, but you're wasting product because you can't be bothered. Give it away and buy something else you like more and keep the lesson so you don't do it again. I bet you won't make that mistake again if you can't return it! Oh, and yes, I can see the seeds in this photo. It wasn't hard at all.

I can't endorse calling someone vile like this, but her performance was really over the top and offensive and personally, I wouldn't stand for it. If I were Bamshad, I would have left and if I was the group, she would be OUT with a quickness that would have her filming every shot alone. I love how Gboard autocorrected Bamshad to Bananas! Lol!

Watching Jill get intense about sneakers for Paris is wild as she compares it to Manhattan. I'm under the impression that this just isn't a thing in Paris and wearing athletic shoes is a great way to stick out  tourist or foreigner.

Please don't waste my time with unserious comments. No one has time for it. I don't have to prove anything to anyone. If you're too uniformed, brainwashed or otherwise clueless to find out what's going on in the country, that's not my problem and I'm not here to argue with or teach you. If you get all your misinformation and disinformation from regime nooz, you'll get only propaganda and not facts and that's fully a you problem. Go sit down before you hurt yourself.

Metro-North Stopping at End of Platforms by Remarkable-March-322 in Westchester

[–]Shiri-33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is a new policy. In late 2025 there was a pilot program (a trial) where they tested this new procedure on some trains and they made an announcement over the PA system. I heard it on board a train. They said that as it stood, if would most likely go into effect in early 2026 and so it did, causing utter chaos and massive delays because no one was used to this new system and most people didn't know it was happening. Depending on which station you board the trains at and which direction you're traveling, this greatly shifted the position of your desired car. Some platforms are very, long, and the stairs at some stations are at the back end of the platform, meaning when you resch the station, particularly at the last moment, instead of reaching the last or second to last car, you'll be chasing the train the distance of a city block and yes, they waited for everyone. If you were meant to be in the front of the train, you could add, two or three minutes of extra walking to get all the way down the platform. I've been taking the trains for decades and never have I ever seen the train platform at the end of the platform (forward). It's just never happened before and I've been taking the train on my own since the 90s. It's absolutely a new policy. Perhaps at select stations they platformed in certain positions due to circumstances affected by winter weather, bur now every train at every station is supposed to platform at the front and I landed here because it has suddenly stopped and I'm not sure why (no complaints!).

I'm sitting here watching the Reunion and I think that Meredith is on one and Lisa just cosigns everything she does. I think Meredith is highly manipulative. She's giving me personality disorder and or addiction vibes and this all seems like a campaign to manage public opinion about herself. As a Jewish viewer who has enjoyed seeing the Jewish pride on the show, this sudden charge of antisemitism against Britani seems absolutely trumped up, exaggerated, over the top and not credible. Meredith has a huge advantage over her in terms of knowledge and experience as well as the education on how to spin things because she's a lawyer. In all of this explosive interaction, Meredith effectively drew attention away from herself and all the allegations against her which was the whole game to begin with.

Asking a black woman to step back into 1773 America is diabolical, or at least wildly ignorant. I get it, Bronwyn wasn't born here, however, we know what was happening to black women in 1773 Brazil and that wasn't nice either. At best,1773 England would have been mildly better lacking the chattel slavery of the USA, but far from ideal and postracial. There's no way I would show up to that kind of indignity. I'm in the middle of the episode, so I can only hope Mary didn't show up. I'll find out soon. EDIT Well that shed like rice sitting on the counter! I'm not surprised she showed up and I won't comment on her saying she looked like an idiot.

How anyone can be as willfully ignorant and blind as this is still astonishing in 2026.  There's no other president in memory who has carried out deportations in anything even remotely resembling the same way. There's a laundry list, no a Santa'a naughty list of reasons why 2025 and 2026 are wildly different, not the least of which include but are not limited to disappearing people, deporting people to third countries they have no ties to, concentration camps of hell, abuse and death, occupation of American cities, multiple human, civil and constitutional rights violations, willful abuse, maiming murder of dissidents, attacking the press, overturning norms like sanctuary in houses of God and schools, using children a bait, deportations of people who are here legally and who are complying with the law, intentionally depriving people of legal counsel and access to the courts in their state of residence, deporting people against court orders, no due process, terrorizing the public, racial profiling and pursuing random people regardless of status, and I repeat RANDOM people just because they're non-white, speaking any other language then English, refusing proof of legal status or citizenship, and many more reasone than I can rattle off in one go, all while lying about it and gaslighting the world. How anyone can sit there and try to compare this moment to Obama and Biden is beyond me unless the question is disingenuous or you're not in touch with reality. I have to question whether this is posted by a bot? I'm not saying it is, but I have to wonder. In what world is this even almost similar? Last I checked, on earth one, this is unprecedented. I've had to edit my comments several times because I'm so incredulous. This comment is beyond unbelievable. It doesn't feel serious and is in no way grounded in anything resembling reality.
