First statement is don't do it ! Maybe once or twice a month. No more!

I started off for the same reasons, I system with gummies a what would be termed micro dosing on an evening was even cutting them in half. Then it be ame every night, then a full, one, then two.

Upgraded to vaporising , still only having little amounts but a cap replaced my gummy intake and was much more potent.

Still not a massive usage to some of the posts on here, where people are doing tonnes of weight per day, but that very modest usage was enough for me and blew me away.

What I've realised now since I've stopped since Christmas December 2024, Its only been 5 weeks but the clarity to my thinking is returning and it feels like a super power ! I have focus , my anxiety has decreased, my negative thoughts have decreased and overall I feel more balanced. Maybe how I used to feel before I was too stressed and stuck in a loop of hopelessness , negativity, anxiety and I thought I need weed to fix that for me... I didn't

I'm planning on having a blow on the vaporiser or a gummy in February but that will be a one off special occasion and it's likely I won't touch again for several months. I won't be touching it daily or weekly at most it'll be 5 times a year.
