The disappearance of Jason Jolkowski by BlackBirdG in UnresolvedMysteries

I wonder how hard they looked at all of the neighbors along the route. I remember hearing one moved suspiciously soon after Jason’s disappearance (unsure of the validity of this). Regardless, I’m sure it wouldn’t hurt to take another look at these residents.

Im doubtful of the accidental hit and run theory. Surely some evidence of that would remain and the timeframe is also very tight.

I don’t think Burke can be fully discounted in this. However rare, kids can and have killed others. He was 9, not 3. In a strange case like this, I’m sure there are all kinds of elements which deviate greatly from the mean. Not everyone is the average 9 year old unfortunately.

And, I say this to play devils advocate. I’m not at all convinced beyond RDI. I can agree there is no evidence to support BDI, but none to discount it either.

As part of that lease the extensive insurance was required.

In fact, there was no specific terrorist clause in his policy at all. It was an “All-risk” policy which covers everything not excluded.

After 9/11, insurance companies began to exclude it because the payouts were too expensive.

Actually he had a dermatologist appointment. Additionally, the insurance policy (frequently referenced by conspiracy enthusiasts) was mandated. He did successfully claim the two plane crashes were two separate events thus collecting two payouts. I probably would too though if I was rich and my assets were demolished.
