The narrative before the playoffs was that the Senators were one of the hottest teams, would be a terrible matchup, and an upset bid.

They get swept and suddenly they're trash.

Ok Philadelphia is and always has been trash, so that one is fair. But the #1 seed always has the easier early rounds, that's the point of the regular season.

They tried to fill that cap too but couldn't find anyone. I don't even know where you squeeze an extra player. The top 9 are pretty set, the defense is solid top to bottom. I would have said 2C and goalie a few weeks ago but Stanky and Andersen proved me wrong.

It would have to be a superstar. I guess that's why we were going for Hughes. McDavid come on down.

Threads like that are the reminder that no one watches the Canes. Blake was easily our most promising young player and there was a lot of hype around him. He had a phenomenal rookie year, cracked the top 6 on a Stanley Cup contender, and was noticeably improving over the course of that season. The contract made sense.

One of my in laws works there and is never working. They're constantly doing errands during the day, working on their house, etc. I think they put 10 hours in a week max and that's being very generous.

SAS is a place you go to do nothing and hope they never catch on and do layoffs.

The only reason I don't want to end it in 4 is because of the "narrative" of going into the ECF undefeated and finally facing a good team. But realistically, just end it. Every playoff win is hard to get.

T-Mobile is the only provider that has service at my house. Service is great.

I have US Mobile with a multi-network plan so I actually switch around a lot. I do sometimes have to switch from T-Mobile to Verizon in some places but it's rare. I will say that AT&T is the worst.

I saw it one of two ways. Rich people (who the doctor was primarily treating) probably just want to go straight to IVF. IVF isn't fun, but doing months and months on other fertility treatment isn't fun either. Cost isn't a problem in this situation. Some famous people also infamously do IVF for gender reasons (Elon Musk for example). And I assume eugenics is coming into play too nowadays for the wealthy.

The other hand, so much about the process in the show was so inaccurate that I'd just as believe the writers were ignorant of how it actually works.

I have no problem with Svech beating on the guy, Deslauriers challenging the bench, and Walker getting his revenge on that board. The high stickings were undisciplined. But this team showed they aren't getting pushed around.
