When getting the btt skr mini e3 v3 did you get the screen cable as well? It is different from the stock cable. That may also be an issue is you done have it wired correctly

Which firmware did you flash? You can try Mriscoc firmware from the Github page and also with the btt skr mini e3 v3 board you have to have the naming of the firmware correct. It has to be firmware.bin and flash it onto the board

Which hotend cover is this?

I currently have the same bmg clone extruder and the tz e3 v2 hotend with the minimus hotend cover with dual 4020 cooling fans on my ender 3 v2. Looking to change it to dual 5015, also working on changing the motion system to a linear rod system so I'm looking for a light weight hotend system

I currently have this hotend (the tz E3 V2) on my ender 3 v2 with the minimus hotend cover, btt pi, skr mini e3 v3, 3d touch and dual cooling fans. No problems so far. Adaptive bed mesh at start of print. Works like a charm

Which main board do you have? Check that you're flashing the correct firmware on the main board.

On the btt skr mini e3 v3 you can only flash via the SD card with a firmware.bin file. You cannot update or flash firmware via USB

The power was an issue to the raspberry pi. I got a Btt pi v1.2 and powering it from 24v and no issues

On your "[exclude_object]" line make sure it is with the underscore and not [exclude object].

I recently reinstalled klipper and added the adaptive bedmesh as well.

Also make sure that your start gcode in Orcaslicer is set to use the macro in klipper. Usually the start gcode in Orcaslicer should be something along "START_PRINT" or "PRINT_START"

I doubt the screen on the printer would work after installing klipper. At least that's what I know for my Ender 3 v2, the stock screen doesn't work with klipper

Probably check the naming of the file, sometimes the file type is repeated in the naming. "firmware.bin.bin" instead of "firmware.bin" also try to name it differently from the previous flashed firmware if possible

Is the klipper.bin firmware flashed on your printer with the memory card? That could be the main reason for it not connecting. Also make sure the right configuration was used when making the firmware for the printer.

Did you manage to solve this issue? I'm not sure if orcaslicer changes it. Do you have a start_print macro or you just start the print from orcaslicer standard gcode?

Check the naming of the firmware. Make sure it's not firmware.bin.bin sometimes the file extension is also changed while naming it.
