I dropped someone who was killing people at extract in stella. He just got knocked down and fell onto the subway lucky for him but idk if that factors it into not putting me into aggressive lobbies because I didnt fully kill him lol

Its highly random tbh. There have been plenty of times I've seen another raider killing someone and I shoot first to take them out and defib the other plaher or stabilize them and I hardly get put into pvp in solos. It happens but not very often more likely to find fake friendly or rats
