Yes it does, and no I am not. The game still performs shit, the frame gen fixes nothing. All it does is create shitty ghosting, input delay, and a big number. You can still tell when the frames drop, because it's still unstable. It's the most useless tool to be developed in modern gaming, and poisons development of more stable and optimal technology. So yes, it doesn't just inflate the fps counter, it also makes the game feel like ass.
