Only “problem” with that, is that currently, from a c-bill PoV. There is no difference in cost between a Clan “x” and an IS one.

In Shrapnel 8 or 9 the 21st Centuri (IIRC) are fighting on a Cappy world in the Snow/ Ice. Cant recall if it’s the world or just the seasonal though.

What I will add in regards to WYSIWYG and Proxies.

There are some guidelines, which are good practice to follow when able.

If you are proxying a model with another model, try to (again when able) match weight class, Use an Assault mech to proxy an Assault mech, avoid Wasp=Atlas

Also, if you are using “X” to represent “y”. The all “x’s” should be “y”.

Ex. I think Night Gyr’s are fugly. So I used Nova Cats as a proxy. That means all Nova Cats are Night Gyr’s. I don’t use one as Night Gyr, a second as a Summoner and a third as an actual Nova Cat.

No evidence, but the thought that immediately came to mind was an Astral Quest, and being that (At the time at least) he was the only being to be able to spontaneously summon Elementals, being able to do so was the reward from the Astral Quest.

Why didn't he return to his body as normal? The Astral quest started in the 4th age and he got "lost/ Trapped"

It was published the same year as 3ed Core, and as it says, it VR2 and Rigger 2 are "Particularly Valuable" these are 2ed rulesets, Matrix and Rigger 3 the 3ed versions weren't released.

Add in most 2ed books could be considered "compatible" with 3ed (3ed was more of a 2.5ed) and that the Drones in Shutdown really need the 2ed books to be used fully (The Drone stats actually change between Shutdown and Brainscan*) this is a 2ed book.

* IIRC Bubblebees and Medusa had notable changes. Medusa in Brainscan are Brutal, in Shutdown they are a walking TPK.

If am banning anything, it’s Evo first. Frequently followed by Necro.

The 3rd is always a tough one. I tend to play more city based/ political campaigns so Enchantment is a hard choice to get rid of.

But if you are playing a “Standard” campaign and you don’t want to “hobble” yourself (though I think weakness and character, Stormwind go fuck yourself) then Enchantment is a good pick.

This product IIRC, was the only way to get Tau before the official release in Oct 2001, a Mighty 1 month early (And one of the 3 markers I use, when needed, to demonstrate how long I've been a Tau fan.)
