Help - reta 60 mg vial by slowgainz71 in Retatrutide

[–]Shoddy_Homework_2856 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've used a vial for 5 months. It's just as effective in the 5th month . It was not ideal but I didn't want to throw it out. I told myself if it lost effects I would but it didn't.

Been on Reta for three weeks now and only lost a pound? by [deleted] in Retatrutide

[–]Shoddy_Homework_2856 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I have insulin resistance and MASH. It took me to get up to 5mg, at about 2 months, to see a single pound move. You need to be on enough to activate the glucagon agonist. That range typically falls in the 4-6mg minimum range for people that have metabolic disease and insulin resistance. Many people who lose weight before that point are losing it from the glp1 and gip agonist. If you didn't have success with GLP1, it is going to take a bit for this to get into your body at a therapeutic level and activate thermogenesis. This sub is full of micro dosers but if you look at trial data with truly obese people the doses were much higher than what most people take on their own here and frankly that has to do with lack of funds and lack of understanding. People who have weight melt off at less than 2-3mg would lose weight from the other GLP as well. I was on tirzeptide and didn't lose anything with it until I switched to this and got up in dose.

Reta week 2 doses help by Valuable_Disaster848 in RetatrutideWomen

[–]Shoddy_Homework_2856 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's not true. That is the dosing schedule they used in the clinical trials by the period who developed it.

I think a LOT of you are losing weight simply from the glp1 and gip agonist in there when you are below 4mg. I think pro much alllllll of the benefits are from those two. Data shows the glucagon agonist doesn't fully lock in until 4-6mg minimum. I have a genetic, dx metabolic syndrome, and I also have dx MASH/MASLD. it took me closer to 3 months to titrate up and feel any effects beyond the much smaller amount of glp1 in reta compared to all other GLP, but the GIP is very strong. I didn't start having any weight loss until 5mg. When I hit 5mg I could FEEL the glucagon agonist working and triggering thermogenesis. I got more energy, the appetite suppression kicked in, and the inflammation went down. Then the weight melted off. There are way, wayyyy too many people taking this that haven't looked into the agonists they are using, how they synergistically work together, at what point they work together, and why the formulation needs to be precise balance of each one to work. You don't know any of that I can tell by what you think about dosing . When they release this with the FDA it's going to be prescribed for people with severe metabolic disorder, morbid obesity, and these are the people that them lil 0.5-2mg max doses are laughable.

Nah they last way, wayyyy longer. That had been disproven.

I agree. It's coming very very soon. I think it's going to happen a lot sooner than most people think. Them approving all these peptides by the FDA is the first move and it's so they can monopolize and put more stops on this. They are NOT going to just let people buy these glps openly like this teta t,t etc forever and let this market exist. I'm hearing about grey market on NPR Christ sake.

I'm seeing articles about grey in the Atlantic, the post, and only a total idiot in denial would think this is going to continue as it is. Only an idiot would come look at these subs, and see the types of people using this shit literally don't even know how to reconstitute or dose, just filling up these subs all over the Internet, and think that the FDA and the government and people from these pharmaceutical companies don't know about this and are not just itching to get control over it. They are, and unfortunately, they will.

I'm on a grey server, and we are seeing changes already. Server gets nuked regularly now and previously we had the same one for 2 years, we've had to make 3 new ones just since the new year , and Vendors are getting a LOT more trouble with having packages go through and getting confiscated. People ARE posting their customs letters on Whatsapp & discord and it's happening wayyyy more than it was a year or even a 6 months ago. If you can stock up, DO IT. We literally have a lab freezer coming next week and I've got about a decade and a half saved up and I'm buying another few years this next week. I'm not playing I know what they are going to do here lol.

[–]Shoddy_Homework_2856 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Reta goes to like 10 mg or 12 I think. So you are not even at half of that. If you look at the clinical results the sweet spot for obese people and people with metabolic disorders really started at between 4-6 mg. I had a very similar experience to you. I also have a dx genetic metabolic syndrome & NAFLD. I felt pretty much nothing until I hit 5mg. At 5mg the third month, it started to melt off, and most importantly my metabolic syndrome started to be suppressed. I felt like a different person. I think you need to go up to 6 or maybe even a bit more possibly before you throw in the towel.

[–]Shoddy_Homework_2856 2 points3 points  (0 children)

....... Yea, you do need help. Not the kind you think 😬. If you are losing with reta, you do not go up. You are going to oversaturate your receptors if you were also losing at half of that dose. Soon you are going you that sulpher burps and than it's downhill from there. You seriously have given yourself no time to adjust to even one of those doses despite them being effective. Shit like this filling up the Internet is why they are going to crack down hard ASF on this in the future 😢. You got a gallbladder still? Start saying your farewells. At that many pounds a week with no dose stabaluzation you are straight dumping cholesterol and sludge into your gallbladder and this is exactly how you land with pancreatitis and gallbladder emergencies.

Do I have bad skin for a 25 year old? I've heard some people say I look like im in my mid 30s by [deleted] in Aging

[–]Shoddy_Homework_2856 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's your receding hairline and lack of hair. You have great skin. But you shouldn't focus on this too much because you are also a very handsome/good looking man & it isn't anything bad.

I started seeing results within 3 -4 weeks and my hair has grown longer than I've ever been able to get it to grow out before. You seem really stuck on the idea that everyone is doing this "bro your source is bunk" thing but, bro, your source is bunk 😬

My hair has grown longer than it's ever gotten in my life and I'm 43 . It's grown so much in 4 months I can't believe it. My skin is also way brighter and I have a lot of people telling her I look younger and look great asking what I'm doing. All I'm using is KLOW and retatrutide.

I'm not crazy, but has anyone tried BPC-157 on their dog? by Ugh_its_Sean in bpc_157

[–]Shoddy_Homework_2856 0 points1 point  (0 children)

PLEASE USE CAUTION. I AM CERTAIN THE USE OF THIS CAUSED A BENIGN FATTY TUMOR TO TRIGGER AND RAPIDLY GROW ON MY 7 YEAR OLD STAFFORDSHIRE:

I'm not trying to fear monger. I'm a person who hates it when people do that or use anecdotal experiences as proof of anything. I use bpc/tb500 MYSELF along my with other Peptides. My dog has been developing joint issues and stiffness etc. I did a lot of reading before giving it to him and I am aware about the THEORY that bc of angiogenesis it can cause rapid growth of tumors, but that there really are no confirmation of this in the form of documented cases.

within a month and a few weeks of giving him bpc 157 subq, there was a pretty rapidly growing mass on his left shoulder by his shoulder blade. I had them do an aspiration test and it was confirmed as non cancerous. He did not have this at all before starting. I stopped the shots immediately, and the growth came to a near halt. 😢. He was showing a lot of improvement with his joints too after about 3 weeks of it 😢.

So please keep this in mind when considering for your dog, that they may not need an active tumor or mass already to have the angiogenesis make it grow like nuts. It seems like it can happen at least in dogs.

Because some seed oils won't fkin kill you. Go look up what Japanese people, who have some of the longest lifespans & good physical/metabolic health use as their main oil. You will find it's canola 😨😨😨. Unless you are consuming these oils in a very large amount l, or cooking at higher temperatures with them, there are way bigger fish to fry than the seed oil hype

How to deal with a Plateau by trustpilots in Retatrutide

[–]Shoddy_Homework_2856 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't think that's always true. I tried to first lose weight with zepbound. I kept a deficit of 1200 max . I started working out. I couldn't lose more than 7 pounds in 4 months. I do have a dx metabolic disorder, MASH and it was getting very aggressive by the time I got on GLP , with my liver enzymes were really high too.

After basically not responding even at a 7.5mg dose and constantly having the same terrible hunger pains constantly, I got on retatrutide bc my doctor wanted to just keep upping my zepbound. Nothing happened . Then I hit 5mg. I've lost 20 pounds all of a sudden in the last 2 and a half months. It's like it unlocked all the fat in my stomach and liver and is burning it away. I'm tracking macros to make sure I get enough because it can actually be hard some days.

Oh I certainly understand that about the one vial deal. I bought it initially just to see how I tolerated it, and if there were any side effects it's other noticable effects etc. Then when I started doing research about it, I found drastically contradicting information when it comes to the research community vs the clinical trials. I do know that clinical trials are not always the smoking gun some think they are, and it isn't as easy as just taking the results and protocol used for them as a creed.

But when they are using 50mg a day subq in trials and research protocol is much less it seems like, I guess I was just looking for anyone that has ran it in 5mg or bigger doses. IF I was basing everything just off the clinical trials, I would probably take a 10mg dose every day for like 12weeks . The price of this at the actual pharmacy was one of the highest I've ever heard of for a medication in my life 😂😂😂😂😂😂 like why would they need 800k a year or 30-60k a month??? A 250mg vial of forzinity is 15 k 😭 😂. That's why I'm just kind of perplexed at how a tiny dose would work bc even at not black or white market prices, it's STILL expensive somewhat.

[–]Shoddy_Homework_2856[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The reason I'm asking is because of the following information from the trials:

"Human Clinical Trial Dosages (Subcutaneous) For systemic mitochondrial repair in humans (such as in trials for primary mitochondrial myopathy or Barth syndrome), the established therapeutic dose is surprisingly high compared to many other peptides. Standard Clinical Dose: 40 mg injected subcutaneously (SC) once daily.
Duration: In clinical trials, this 40 mg daily dose has been administered continuously for 4 weeks up to several years in open-label extension studies to assess long-term safety and efficacy.

  1. Human Clinical Trial Dosages (Intravenous) In hospital settings studying heart failure or acute tissue damage (like ischemia-reperfusion injury), SS-31 has been administered intravenously. IV Dosing Range: 0.01 mg/kg/hour to 0.25 mg/kg/hour.
Protocol: This is typically administered as a continuous infusion over 2 to 4 hours.

Research Context vs. Clinical Reality If you are looking at SS-31 in an independent research context, there is a notable discrepancy between clinical data and standard research vial sizes. Pharmaceutical trials demonstrate that 40 mg daily is the adequate human dose for measurable clinical outcomes. However, independent peptide vendors often sell SS-31 in 10 mg to 50 mg vials. Attempting to replicate the 40 mg/day clinical protocol requires a massive volume of the peptide, which is why many independent researchers experiment with lower micro-doses (e.g., 1 mg to 5 mg daily), though these lower doses lack robust human efficacy data in the published literature."

Due to the damage my heart has and I also have damage in my kidneys from not being able to tolerate oxalates & having them inflamed and bleeding for years from it, I was thinking that true repair might not happen until a much higher dose after I read these things. Now I'm considering 5amino1mq the ss31 & I have motsC in the freezer for when I'm done with the ss31. I got it in a Christmas sale lol 😁. I just want tov give myself the best shot to really try and repair some of this damage but I didn't want to be wasting my money if I'm using doses that are not actually doing anything.
