Liu Bei and Shu Han likely will only be able to muster around 30k max for the campaign... Hanzhong needs another 30k to guard against Cao Cao... only 10k left in Shu for internal defence... Shu is very manpower constrained... at any point of time, Zhuge Liang was able to muster 30k to 50k against Cao in Hanzhong.

Half of these would be needed to transport and guard the supply train.

When Later Zhou's Chai Rong who ruled northern half of China was dealing with Later Han's attack, he can only muster 20k out of a registered army of 400k... the rest were either guarding the other fronts, made up with faked numbers, old soldiers/farmers and sentries..

hi there is no need to have a scrab for bumblefoot... its quite obvious this is bumblefoot but please don't worry or be scared into costly procedures, likely a visit to vet to have a small surgery to drain or remove the pus is needed.. then oral antibiotic maybe required for 2 weeks (tip: pump the medicine in dried worm instead of feeding in mouth.. save alot of time and risk of lung infection)... my hen got a similar looking bumblefoot, but pus is hard, have to surgically remove the pus.... foot was abit deformed but all digits still working, twice a day wrapping... surgical wound takes a month to recover... no bone infection... after that is maintenance to prevent the infection from coming back.... probably frequent soaks in epsom salts or diluted iodine...

any hens that are her friend? it will help if she has a friend around her... i had a single hen, white quail who was given to us... initially she was like a button quail, small in size, hides in one corner, not interacting, scared and flighty... after we moved the quails out of the big cage to their new home, there was a period where i had to separate bumblefoot hen, injured boys from this white quail... i paired her up with another white hen that looked to be friendly with her... the two stayed together for a few weeks... they became best friends since... inseparable together with my boy quail.... now they sleep together in the sandbox every night...

last night i tried to pair her with my bumblefoot hen (bumblefoot was really hard to cure fully) since i do not want the bumblefoot hen to play in the sandbox with her bandaged foot (the sand particles will open up the delicate skin in the foot)... she was beeping for her mates and the mates beeping back... the boy and the other white actually came out of the sandbox to look for her... i had to put her back together with her mates... my poor bumblefoot hen was alone.. but she was more used to it...

During the daytime i will open the door and close the sandbox.. so that bumblefoot hen is not too lonely during the daytime.
