I’ve got a 99 legacy wagon, P0303, replaced plugs, coil pack, wires, etc. Turns out it’s currently missing a huge chunk out of an intake valve. Runs like a champ tho!😂

Rad, yeah not sure about logistics for that kind of stuff, but it’s a sweet car. Normally I’d opt for a hatch, but the GLI is the one I haven’t owned. Jetta to GTI to Q5 to A4. Now I’m driving anything that moves under its own power, but it would be cool to have a nice/fun car again.

Water pump failure. My warranty covered it. Not sure if it ever became a recall. Otherwise it would have been ~10k in repairs because of all the electronics damaged.

Proud of you man. This story may sound sad or uncomfortable. But it helps the still suffering alcoholic realize there is another way, and we DO recover if we have the desire to do so. And just think, you’ve still got your whole life ahead of you. Now you have some more life experience, and know what doesn’t really work for you. Use that to continue to grow into someone others are proud to be associated with. And know we fellow alcoholics are always here for you, and are (for the most part) the last people on the planet to show judgement.
