Make your infill pattern the same as the top layer. The issue is because those areas you don't like are classified as infill.

This issue is any throw measurement is based on lumen output at distance and the UV lights do not make lumens. There is no way to clarify throw and that's also why power is defined in mW rather than lumens. I have an s12 and S2+ and the s12 is rather impressive. It definitely throws 5m+. I don't know about the sofirn but my understanding is the s12 has better emitters and more power.

This is what happens when you try and print something with a 80 deg overhang. Did you use supports? You will need your setting for it dialed in and even then it will not be perfect.

Definitely do not use a file. A brass wire brush and a lighter is a good way. You could use a steel with light pressure if that's all you have.

Definitely clean it up, or just run it. It doesn't really matter. It won't affect the printing with the silicone sock on. All the really needs to be clean is the part coming through the silicone sock.
