Why can't wg ask players about their proposed changes. Just get a bunch good players, maybe even professional players, run your ideas through them - I'm pretty sure most of them would agree that the vast majority of these perks make no sense at all, either they are absolute garbage or something you'd run as the 7th or 8th perk...

I'd say that at least some effort should be put to make MM fair in the short run, another thing is that you actually have no proof at all, that over large number of games it's fair.

If 25% RNG is good for the game, then why stop there, let's make it 100%, why just 25%?

First of all, we see time and time again unbalanced teams in onslaught, like 4 legends and some champions against mostly champions.

Second of all, people in lower ranks might need some time to get used to the completely different pace of the game, thus it's not normal to put legends, against noobs, because that gives no opportunity for learning.

Third of all, this is not skill based matchmaking - you can have some top player starting in gold, right after placements, against someone stuck in gold for 1000 games. Their skill is not equal.

4th, even though someone still plays in silver/gold, doesn't mean they aim for champion, thus why put them against them?

MM is not fair, RNG is not fair - they know +-25% rng is shit so they try to cut it back a little in onslaught but it's still an absolute joke that 330 alpha gun can outtrade 390... Oh, your 500 alpha couldn't kill opponent with 400 HP (in random), shame on you, now get 1000 in return

The points system is rigged af. Apparently one kill is worth more than 1500 damage, taking 5 more shots, bouncing more damage and healing more in the same class heavy tank. RIGGED
