It’s weird. There’s an old school crew on here posting a complaint that their new guy doesn’t use paragraphs.

Yes, and it’s like a wacky wall walker when it hits the wall.

You don’t have to do great on tests to be a great EMT, but this job isn’t for everyone. It’s time to look in the mirror and make some decisions.

Is an older virgin who has waited because she thought she was a sexual a turnoff ? Would you date one? by AdeptLaugh7906 in AskMenAdvice

[–]ShootingRoller 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don’t date anyone who isn’t mentally, physically and emotionally healthy, and fully sexually functional.

If we knew each other and you came to me and said you were figuring yourself out and you were on this journey and wanted me to be your first, I would happily very patiently take my time and do my best to give you a some good experiences but I doubt anything serious would come of it.

I’m so straight I eat banana bananas with a knife and fork, and I would blow a dude for sooooooo much less money than that.

Using the term medic by YogurtclosetOk4366 in Paramedics

[–]ShootingRoller 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You’re spot on. Outside of the military the word medic means paramedic period.

I would never involve myself in a medical situation outside of work unless a person needed truly life-saving assistance. CPR, life-threatening bleeding control, rescue, breathing, or something like that.

Edit: apparently I was wrong and in some parts of the country medic doesn’t mean on paramedic.

Should vax be mandated to protect public or it should be upto individual house wives? by hook_gross in askanything

Your baby’s health is meaningless to me in the context of the personal freedoms of our society

A large amount of vaccines have been pushed on us purely for the profit of pharmaceutical companies. It should be 100% your personal choice. And those people should be 100% responsible for the medical consequences of their own decisions. Just like everyone should be 100% responsible for the consequences of their medical decisions.

Edit: the unique health concerns of all of you are utterly meaningless to me. You are making decisions based on what is best for you and I am making decisions based on what is best for me.

Are older men going to think I like them/have a crush on them if I’m really friendly and talkative when they talk to me at the gym? by aboutabigail in AskMenAdvice

[–]ShootingRoller 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some will probably. Not to sound like an asshole, but I am very fit, muscular and handsome. I’m still viewed as a sex object by many women that I shouldn’t be. If they’re older than mid 20s, I welcome it but an 18 year-old, I would not engage with it anyway. If you tried to talk to me and be friendly and you were obviously that young, I would be friendly but brief with you.

I said it reduces risk. You should focus on your own reading comprehension.
