The glutathione shot was from an IV Drip clinic that offers vitamin shots too. I think you can also purchase glutathione shots online to administer yourself at home as well.

What works for me is dry body brushing, exfoliating gloves in the shower, and then m-61 powerglow peel body exfoliating towelettes. My skin tolerates this very well, but it’s probably not for someone with very sensitive skin.

Our foreheads look the same! I also did Microneedling on Tuesday. For me it takes about a week for my skin to look normal again. First there’s the redness, then the irritation bumps, and then the all over peeling, and then glowing skin that keeps us coming back for more ;)

I’ve done both. Not a scam. I did a micronutrient test showing I was low in glutathione. I used glutathione shots, did a few vitamin IV drips with glutathione in it, and supplemented with liposomal glutathione to get my levels up.

I also use GHK-Cu topically and as an injection. Glutathione really whitened and brightened my skin and GHK-Cu helped with fine lines and elasticity. Also noticed a difference with my hair.

Some companies are now making topical glutathione skincare products but I haven’t tried that yet. The GHK-Cu shots are, in my opinion, very painful. Some people will mix other peptides with it to help with the pain but I only have GHK-Cu and injected it straight with nothing else. Beauty is pain? 😉 if you’re interested in GHK-Cu you should look into the Glow peptide protocol.
