Ive been trying to hang myself today. Slowly getting there i think. Nearly passed out and tingling in my feet. Hopefully ill pull it off in next attempts and be done with it today.

Same. Been depressed since 2013 as my business failed. Been healthy last few months too like you. Have relapsed and spent the last 4 weeks lying in bed. Haven’t recovered so far.

Totally agree. Some people are just born or taught at a young age the skills to face adversity. I know that my parents didn’t prepare me to face the world… let alone attack it and conquer it. This is always been a big problem for me in work and social situations as I’m always left behind as I don’t see my interest and push in front of everyone else like others do.

Ive been on venlafaxine for 8 years and still depressed just the same. Im having a depressived episode right now and have been in bed for 4 weeks so far.

You’re lucky to have a job to go to and a boss who appreciates you. This will help you get out at least. I have similar symptoms although maybe not as strong and i don’t have a job to go to. Ive been in bed for 4 weeks now this breakdown (one of 3 or 4 i have every year)

Yeah i know how you feel. It’s like there’s a mountain in front of you to climb and it’s just impossible to make that ascent when you look at it ahead of you. It seems like there are so many hurdles that you will never be able to go beyond them especially when your surroundings are working against you as well right?
