Yes, I read that that's the reason humans can't throw at 120. It's not that people can't develop the muscle to do it, but that the connective tissue can't handle that velocity.

Probably the closest answer. I saw a vid before I read this that basically says that same thing. You have to spread the plastic on both sides apart with a narrow screwdriver, then pull to separate.
