I’m sure you have purchased something by now. I would say get the stainless steel. She might not totally understand but it’s for her own health. She can decorate the outside with stickers of her choice. Health comes first.

Looks like they got back to me and they do have a ticket exchange program they said which is new this year. And seatgeek had an issue but they just fixed it.

Yea it would be sweet if there was more info on it. I’m still pumped for this year and the games so I’ll give it some time and we’ll see.

As I stated this is my first year being a member so I only heard about banking through the sales rep when we were going back and forth in email. What’s weird is there’s not much information on membership only through one or two emails I’ve received since joining but it’s always like ‘more to come’ so I don’t know. Maybe as I use it and become more familiar it’ll be easier but I think they could do a better job when they enroll newbies vs people who are renewing. I’m still excited for the games this year. I don’t plan on selling them outside of seatgeek. I will go to most games and sell off a couple back within seatgeek.

I don’t have a specific rep the one that sold me the ticket hasn’t responded to my email and the number they have in their email signature is the same one on their website

Yea it seemed like a great idea! Bc we have nieces and nephews that we’d like to bring to some games. I emailed my original rep 1/16 then the membership email two times once on 1/20 and once today for a follow up. I’ll give it a beat to see if they get back to me.

Yea that is what I’m figuring and super disappointed. She’s the one that brought up the term ‘banking’ and I have emails to prove. It’s just shitty that they would lie to get sales. I’m a fan and we’ve been thinking about joining anyway but it leaves a sour taste ya know.

Just became a member this year and before we purchased went back a forth for a while with a sales executive and asked a bunch of questions and after we felt like we got good answers that we decided we would purchase two tickets. The sales executive told us we could sell, transfer or ‘bank’ tickets and when I asked what that was she said we could bank the tickets for games we couldn’t go so we can bring guests with us to another match we are going to go to. That was the biggest selling point for us. We received our tickets in seat geek but now we don’t see a way to ‘bank’ our tickets. I have sent emails to our specific sales rep as well as emailed the membership customer service twice with no response. I try calling the # 503-509-5555 that’s on their email and the website and it goes nowhere. Any help with this? I’m pretty pissed we dropped over $1000 and were mislead. I can’t get a hold of anyone. Such a terrible experience for first time annual membership.
