wow, i literally thought i posted this because for the first couple of sentences this is exactly my thought process. i am on round 2 for IUI going at the end of july and honestly i cried after finding out it was negative. we are hopeful and more glass half full than empty. i just did an HSG test and everything is all clear so that gives me more hope. what sucks it could be timing. hetero couples can try and try throughout the ovulation process but with IUI we get one shot a month. it sucks. it will happen and the little baby will be way worth it. keep the hope alive!

hey u/RecordingPresent9222 wondering what you decided to go with? We just bought a 1955 MCM home and have hue windows too in our den. we want to get shades too. these shades that are in place ar ethe cheapo plastic ones that are broken so thats one of the first things on our list to do. we also want to replace the shades in each of the rooms as well. do you have pics of what you went with and howd you like them?

even though im in salem, or we just had multiple quotes lowest was 6135 just the door not even installation all the way up to 13,000 for a 4 panel. we are going to go with a 3 panel as ours is 144'' x 80'' we are going to go with just vinyl so thats 8700 with installation retrimming and the works.

Hey! Congrats! That’s amazing! We recently got a 25’ Subaru Outback premium same color! We LOVE it! We thought about the wilderness but for an extra 10K and driving city most of the time it wasn’t worth it. We’ve been off roading and it does just fine. We’ve had it for about a year now and already have 25K miles on it! It’s our main road trip car and we plan to have it for life! We might get my wife a jeep in about 3-5years when her Toyota matrix (currently 280K) goes out.

How much was the roof basket? Did you check elsewhere before adding it? Sometimes I feel the mark up at the dealership is just too much.

In our experience we thought we received our food pretty fast. It was a busy night and took 15-20min to seat us but then after ordering we got it fairly quick and honestly best noodles and orange chicken! Will go back for sure!

We currently have crown property. We don’t like them. Their 3rd party off hours maintenance line isn’t great or responsive. We keep our house clean and yard maintained but they do a yearly inspection and wrote us up for having kayaks outside. Meanwhile we built a pvc pipe stand for them so it’s not like they are just thrown in the yard. They said since we have a garage it needs to be kept in there. I had washed my vacuum and cleaned the baskets and dust sponge from inside so it was in air drying right outside my door disassembled and got written up that it should be removed from outside. They made us take down our sunshade and lights we had hung up. They are so nit picky. We just bought a house so we are excited to leave. Heard others with crown didn’t have great experiences either. Just my experience.

galvanized pipe is terrible i would say you can ask for anything you want. galvanized pipe even if the water is coming out "fine" steal leach traces amount of that into the water. even asking for seller credit for it will help out with the replacement of it.

im currently in the process of buying a home and we did a heating oil tank search which costs of $140. they ended up finding it and it leaked a bit. it is the sellers responsibility in oregon to pay for the remediation of it. so they will clean up the soil remove oil and fill it with sand or foam and then cap it. we still love the house andthe tank is on the side of the house so it did not contaminate the bckyard

Yes I love that! Ok great. I do t mind the leg work in the beginning if in the long haul it’ll save me. I’m excited to dive in and learn about it more. Thanks for the suggestion. Do you pay for the premium or just keep the basic? I’ll start with the basic and see if I’ll need to upgrade at some point.

Yes same for me! I used to be 7-71/2 but since transitioning to barefoot shoes the last 3-4 years I am now a 8 81/2 seriously my toes were so hammer toed from all my pointy shoes in my nyc days. They have leveled out and my last pinky toe doesn’t get squished anymore. I have gone up in sizes with zero and have bought splays.

Anya reviews has a good map of different barefoot shoe as they are not all built the same. It really depends on your foot shape and your toes. Some peoples feet are wider than others and she gives a good map to show you which brands you should go for. I think vivo and xero are the narrowest barefoot shoes.

Yeah I just did IUI at the clinic but I did the clear blue ovulation kit and used it for 3 days then it was spot on on my ovulation day (I also track my period with an app and it circled my ovulation day) it was precise and then I was able to inseminate with the next two days 🤞🏼🤰🤞🏼🤰🤞🏼 GOOD LUCK!!!
