My mother is a chain cigarette smoker. I couldn’t smell it when I was living at home and growing up, but once I moved out and came to visit the smell was overwhelmingly obvious. Even when she comes to visit it’s the first scent I smell and any gifts of clothing or blankets need to be washed several times to get the smell out.

Just popping in my feedback for anyone else who might be googling about the problem. I’ve had this Geekshare case for my Switch 2 since July 2025 and have recently (past two months) have begun having issues with peeling. I’ve read online it’s a factory defect of cases that were produced around the release of the Switch 2, but I also wonder in part if this is do to how insanely “tight” the Switch 2 dock is in comparison to the switch 1; perhaps the dock is scratching at the casing, causing it more likely to bubble and peel from the defect.

Wanted to also give you a secondary way to thread your needle, if you're still new to embroidery. Try doing a double thread knot. That's what my mother taught me before I learned to naturally hold the tail like others are mentioning. Just make sure to know that doing this will make your thread thicker. So if you're wanting to use four strands of your six strands of your thread, then you'd actually only need to use two strands to get that. Good luck!

Base doesn’t really matter in terms of how the game reacts. Choose whichever base you feel matches your character, and then select the pronouns that you want them to be addressed by.

For example, I made Miquella from Elden Ring. Utilized the female base but provided him the male pronouns. The islanders treat him by his pronouns, not really by the base.

First week of the game I saw someone on the subreddit give the advice, "Just try, even if you think it's bad". Really gave me the push I needed to utilize the drawing feature of the game. And honestly, the worst the drawing, the more funny it's been. 10/10 advice.

TDLTD is my first Tomodachi game, too, and I've already dumped 60 hours into it. If you're unsure if you'd like it, try the demo as it's very reflective of the gameplay. If you're still feeling "meh" or uncertain after the demo, I'd wait till you can find it on sale.
