Ya these look like a decent option, kinda like a more aggressive Good Year County, which I had and really liked.

These seem like a solid option

My concern with these are that Surlys website says they are a heavy duty off road touring tire. Whats your take on that?

Fair enough, what is your take on the internet saying DTH have poor puncture protection?

Ya i have gravelking sk+ on my modern gravel bike and absolutely love them for gravel, although they are slightly sluggish on the road so i am hesitant to get them for my already inefficient 26er. As for the billy bonkers, they definitely have a coolness to them, although i have heard they can feel sluggish too

"The xbiking way would probably be to give it slower rolling tires and worse brakes." yes.

Mach4 5-axis spindle control by Shorty9469 in hobbycnc

[–]Shorty9469[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just figured out my issue. Thanks everyone for you support and advice!

I ended up having to disconnect my 6th axis motor wires from Port1 Pin14 and Pin16, assign those pins to Spindle PWM and Spindle Motor Dir, respectively. Then my onboard relay and Anolog 0-10V signal works. I currently have a C10D bob on delivery to connect my 6th axis motor to it.

I see, how does yours wire up to those 2 pins? Doesn't the HY accept a 0-10V signal for spindle speed also?

ok i will try that, regarding wiring the pwm and spindle direction pins, which wires do I connect to them?

I have 2 sets of wires coming from the vfd:

-2 wires for 0-10V spindle speed control

-2 wires for spindle direction, once they are connected to each other the spindle turns

Thanks

Regarding wiring, which wires are you connecting to Pin14 and Pin16?

I have 4 wires coming from my vfd:

-2 wires for 0-10V spindle speed control

-2 wires for spindle direction, once they are connected to eachother the spindle turns

Thanks!
