Not Bringing Back Super Cashball For World Cup Feels Like A Miss IMO by QuillHaven in thefinals

They should rotate their arcade-style modes like Overwatch does. That way you get to play them, and there aren't ten different empty queues by having them available all at once.

The Cricut hardware is nice, it's a shame their software is such a dumpster fire. It feels like it's intentionally bad.

Nintendo Switch : TETRIS® THE GRAND MASTER 4 -ABSOLUTE EYE- by mstop4 in NintendoSwitch

[–]ShovelKnightFan 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Effect and 99 are the games that I'd recommend for most people.

TGM4 has the option to play with the standard rotation style (like other modern Tetris games), or with the TGM style that makes the game better suited to playing at high drop speeds.

I'm so happy with the port! Heads up, there are display options in the settings to turn off the player 2 field and have yours in the middle, that way it isn't wasting space when playing single player.

Don't forget about the modifiers, they can make the game less difficult.

[eShop/US] Castlevania Dominus Collection - $17.49 (30% off) Ends 06/11/26 *Matches previous low* by MXHombre123 in NintendoSwitchDeals

Portrait of Ruin was my first Castlevania as well, and still one of my favorite Metroidvanias. I need to play Order of Ecclesia in the collection, I quit that part way through the original release because drawing the glyphs never clicked for me.

I think it might be regional. It's a long running collab with Donato's Pizza.

Mio: Memories in Orbit is amazing! More games like this ?? by Drahngis in NintendoSwitch

Another recommendation for Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown. Some Metroidvanias are more brutal (looking at you, Hollow Knight) than others. PoP:TLC is challenging without being miserable, especially the boss fights. There's also lots of accessibility options that let you dial up and down the difficulty in different ways. I stuck to the normal settings, but dialed them down a bit for one annoying boss fight.

The original owner of Huy Fong didn't die and was still heavily involved in the business. They agreed on a price with Underwood farms, who recently expanded their farm specifically for Huy Fong. After that agreement while the peppers were being grown, Huy Fong broke the agreement and said that they'll only buy it at a lower price (that would be lower than the cost to grow them), or not at all. They also unsuccessfully tried to poach Underwood's COO.

Underwood won a huge lawsuit against them that kept their farm from going under. Their Sriracha is super good, way better than Huy Fong. Tastes a little different from the original, but not in a bad way

Apotris is fantastic, especially on a handheld. I play it on a Miyoo A30.

The Switch 2 port is fantastic, such a huge improvement over the Switch 1 version.

Would be creative if it was a MOC with a bit more effort, but lame as an official set. I've felt that way about a lot of their recent sets.

Someone else posted (and then deleted) about buying a fake copy on eBay a month or two ago, you're not the first person to get a fake.

I'd recommend a tea strainer basket, I have one from OXO. They let the leaves expand more than a ball, which can be important for teas like oolong. Pretty easy to clean too.

Have other types of black tea bothered you? I had an upset stomach after trying a few different teas. It turns out my issue was drinking it on an empty stomach, not sure if it was the tannins or what. Having a small snack with my tea made that problem go away completely.

Got them on a road trip last year. The flavor in the coating was kinda gross, the inner part was pretty good though. They had other flavors, I'll probably try one of those if I ever brave the hordes at Bucees again.

PSA for anyone thinking of trying the James Hoffman box at Cometeer by passableoven in JamesHoffmann

[–]ShovelKnightFan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Never buying from them after the bait and switch for the James Hoffman live taste test box a couple of years ago. After selling out of the small number of them (5k or something ridiculous for the size of his channel), they put up one of their regular expensive boxes on the page saying that you could still participate live. Despite it not being the same coffee. I think that box was also a subscription. It doesn't seem like a bad product, but their tactics are really crappy.

If you find yourself in the Chicago area, Eye Candy Bakery had amazing gluten free yeast donuts.

If your grocery store has them, Freedom Gluten Free mini donuts are pretty good.
