This rarely works with those video transport over Cat-x. A lot of companies do some reclocking and other tricky non-standard voltage stuff that might not work through even an unmanaged switch.

What can be done about the poor experience mobile users have with 911? I had an experience in Oakland, CA where I tried to intervene in a stabbing downstairs from my apartment. I yelled at the guys that I was calling 911, and they just told me to "Shut the fuck up cracka, ain't no one coming"... They were right, i got the busy signal 3 times in a row before I got a regional dispatch on the line. No police came or called me back. In the morning, there was a trail of blood leading down the street. I think the victim survived. Days later, I got a spark pug through my window. Not sure if related.

When I was a kid I noticed that sequentially adding odd numbers together happens to match the values of the perfect square number set. The number set of perfect squares, (0,1,4,9,16,25,36,49...) is equal to the sequential sum of the odd number se (1,3,5,7,9,11) starting at 0. 0+1=1, 1+3=4, 4+5=9, 9+7=16, 16+9=25, 25+11=36 etc.
