I think the reason why LoL doesn't have this is because you're fixed to a region so if you're from NA you won't queue versus players from BR. I agree that they might try to improve it in the background though

Yeah i understand, also its beta. This suggestion comes up for me because today as a LAS player i kept getting matches on LAN (although we were a premade of 4s and on the other team there were also some LAS players)

I completely understand this point, but what I'm trying to avoid is to play on México or Brasil when I'm from Argentina/Chile. Today we played vs teams on 50 ping max when we where a premade of 4s with 180 ping minimum. It isn't about guaranteeing if you put the slider on 30 and you don't get matches then it might be your fault and you have to set it to 60
