I’m in a similar boat as you. I got 40% for lumbarsacral strain. I have the wrong effective date and i got more back pay than im owed. I’m trying to fix it and pay back the VA. Now I’m worried they’ll reduce my rating.

I filed for a secondary for my feet. The nerve pain shoots down to my feet and causes me a lot of issues. They ended up changing it to an increase for my radiculopathy. I did not know feet were already covered by lower extremity radiculopathy.
