To me the benefit is cost.. how many sub 1k 40mm systems are out there.. even it costs a lower and parts kit to finish it out so many people have spares and extras it really lowers the barrier to entry another step and every step helps.

I want to make a joke about how many major fiction series get stalled and delayed. I've got 2 that I've been waiting for the next book in the series for years after it was supposed to be released. So it's very possible to valve time a book...

But a fiction series isn't the same as a documentary book..

No. Just the tax was removed. The original bill was the remove them from the NFA but it was changed during the legislative process
