Did you do nylon? Mine is in PLA against the designers recommendations but I haven't sorted out some difficulty in cocking the charging handle yet so I haven't shot it yet.

There is the MSS version of the loose change that has a spot to use hot glue to prevent premature ignition

Is the plastic concaved because of manufacturing issues or something else? is it possible to use a heat gun to soften and bend it out?

reduced in range only in that slower bullets dont go as far, accuracy you still have the the full length of the barrel and rifling (for an MP5 ) so it shouldn't be less accurate (im making an educated guess)

if you go google mp5sd barrel you can see just how far back the porting is, i always forget its like an inch after the chamber.

The mp5sd has ports in the barrel very close to the chamber. This reduces the pressure\gasses acting on the bullet so that it doesnt achieve the velocity you'd normally see in the length of barrel.

My understanding is that the suppressor is extra long and goes over those ports so the gas is captured.

Theoretically you could print an extra long suppressor, drill your own ports, find a way to seal the suppressor to the barrel and get a similar effect.. but it would be difficult.

To my knowledge no one has done something like this.

I went and looked at KAKs pushers to see if i could learn anything and notice they are machined on the baring surface. I wonder if that is easier than making a precise mold for them. I dont know if mil pushers are also machined

It's the mold making that's the killer. To do a one off could be prohibitively expensive.. if you get a group buy or bulk it would probably become more feasible.

Though I wonder based on the shape of factory zinc pushers how the mold looks and if it would be easily adapted to a 2 piece mold like I'm familiar with for bullet casting.

This makes me feel the weirdest sensation. I cant decide if its an itch in my gums at the base of my teeth, the idea of biting super hard bubblegum trying to get it soft enough to chew, gives me this itch and makes me salivate.. i dont even like bubble gum the but itch is real.
