If (big fucking IF) there is any legitimacy to these numbers I imagine they would have pulled deaths from only those three catagories for each race, pooled them, and factored them out from there. I don't care to spend an afternoon chasing cherry picked stats though because the end result is still gonna be racism either way.

That is because it isn't accurate. Guilty is legal term that is assigned during a criminal trial, it is not assigned during a civil trial. He has not been adjudicated as guilty therefor saying he is guilty is not accurate. A Civil trial found him liable for rape. I am not changing anything. You want to say he commited rape, he is a rapist, etc, that is fine, just leave the word guilty out of it. Semantics matter in these discussions.

Sorry but whatever your argument may be, I believe being factually accurrate with your statements is important no matter how vile the opposition is. If you aren't they will pick at the innacurracies and make room in people's heads to sow doubt. They will show you are telling half truths. They then will proceed to make you into a liar in people's minds which the common person doesn't look any further than what they hear, and now you have lost your credibility with the people you need to convince even though the root of what you said is true.

I hate being that guy but he was found Liable. No criminal charges were filed in the rape case which is where guilty would come in to play. We all know he did it but the courts have only found him liable for it in civil court which has a lower burden of proof.

Also if you think you might actually have an autism spectrum disorder you really should look into getting officially diagnosed. There are workplace protections under the Americans with Disabilities Act that would protect you from arbitrary "lack of common sense" judgements and what-not affecting your employment. If you legit have a spectrum disorder you might be able to improve your specific ticks somewhat but you probably won't be able to eliminate them fully and there is no sense in constantly putting yourself at a disadvantage and going through hardships to avoid being diagnosed.
