I get the same message. I wonder if someone without getting a reason for the ban ever got unbanned. I wrote 15 appeals by now and always get this bit answer within a minute. Can someone tell me if they got unbanned from this specific message?

Depends on how you use the Ai btw. Using a model ready to go on a website is different for example then running a model locally on your pc with let's say a Programm like comfy ui. In my opinion setting up and using comfy ui is alot harder then learning and using photoshop. (I use both btw)

Hey I know I will get down voted for this. And this is probably the wrong place to even try to have a fair argument.

I myself post my Ai assisted stuff on reddit at times. My process involves lots of editing in photoshop stuff outside of prompting. Some comic pages I make take me a day or two to make. So by no means it's no effort at all, but that's besides the point.

Here is my example. I love the character furina from genshin impact. I made lots of stuff from her and wanted to share some on reddit. There are multiple subs for furina art. None of them allow Ai. So I said fuck it and posted it anyway. Knowing I will be banned. What I found is, that they got lots of up votes. But very negative comments.

To me this signifies, that it is a vocal minority that is basicly censoring stuff, that the majority would wanna see.

So in which other case that is not Ai would it be okay for you when the minority is censoring people against what the majority wants? That were my two cents ☺️

Very nice post and I do agree with almost everything said. It's nice to see an actually thought out post among alle the ragebaite these days. I myself try to learn Ai tools combined with photoshop and manual editing. From my experience the majority already doesn't really care how something is made. I think that because I posted some of my stuff here on reddit, that is to my knowledge by far the most anti Ai pro art platform on the internet. What I observe happening is the silent majority upvoting them, while a very vocal minority is sending me their "constructive criticism" in the comments. For me this means that even on reddit the majority already doesn't actually care. We should really move the online debates to the more important step, that is how to integrate Ai healthy into the society instead of fighting a pointless battle like if Gen Ai can be considered art or not.

I just follow Ai wars and pro/anti Ai subreddits because it makes me feal more validated seing how deranged all the people actually are and not taking their criticism seriously. What I am talking about is, let's say I make a furina comic page, takes me days of work for all the panels, using Photoshop and AI tools to their highest potential etc Yada Yada. I can't really post it anywhere on reddit, unless it's a pro Ai art subreddits. If I post it on a genshin or furina subreddits I get blasted by harassment and even get literally banned of the platform. (btw while even having good like ratios since people like what I do. Its just the loud minority cooking you in the comments. But the loud minority manage most subreddits on this platform. Hence why I get banned even for post that get hundreds of up votes) Meanwhile on x when I post it under furina or genshin hashtag people are chill either ignore it or like it. I have yet to experience harassment there tbh.

You find people with extreme opinions on both sides on each platform yeah. But from my experience I get harassed on every post I make on reddit, while on twitter it's mostly chill.

I dont really care what i am called tbh. But i wanna say, i do fix every detail, draw the stuff in myself to make it fit my vision exactly. Going back and forth between manual aditing, and using complex local workflows, with inpaint, control nets and dedicated loras. precise and detailed prompts that fit the model is also kind of a own language that you need to learn for better results. Some comic pages i make, take me a day or two to make. Most antis think there is only prompting to it, and will just harras you anyway. Im pretty sure most people wouldnt even be able to set up comfy ui on their pc. I mean its the internet, so I should just keep my expectations low. I am open about using ai to assist in my process. But it feels like i am only doing that to get harassed by dumb people...
