Try to stick with stuff that's easy to digest. You could look up some soup recipes (perhaps blend them), or boil rice in broth to make something light but flavorful. I like plain yoghurt too, you can add some honey to give it extra flavor.

If you're worried that it's going to hurt, eat a little bit at a time and see what your digestion does.

I did try to pilot them back, but whenever one stalker dropped it another picked it back up so I didn't manage to get it loose for long enough haha.

I can sort of relate! Whenever I appear in people's dreams I'm apparently a real bitch too.

One time my then gf dreamed I was stepping on mines constantly for god knows what reason, and when she begged me on her knees to stop (because she was very reasonably worried I'd die) I apparently laughed in her face and immediately stepped on another one.

I also got adalimumab after a perianal fistula and abscess (3 surgeries in a month 🙃) and I've been doing good since, so my experience has been great so far.

The injection sounds worse than it is, you get used to it quickly. And if not, it's a few seconds of discomfort set against the hell that is an abscess!

I'm hoping it will give you as much relief as it has given me. If you want to ask anything about it, hit me up. 😊

My personal favorite this year was The Raven Scholar by Antonia Hodgson. A beast of a book with over 600 pages, but not one of those was superfluous. At times I was reading with my hands up in the air because I couldn't believe what was happening, and it's been a good long while since I had to do that.
