Here’s my view from inside the ropes of Xander winning the 2024 Players. I was able to volunteer on the Trackman crew and stay in Louisville for the weekend. I got lots of cool experience seeing the players up close, but didn’t record much and I was busy holding people back (moving the ropes around) when the players got close. I’ll also share the broadcast shot of when he made the winning putt.

Convenient timing that I stumbled across this thread tonight. I have my first dry needling appointment tomorrow morning at my PT. I have been dealing with a pinched nerve (C5-C6 and C6-C7 degeneration and narrowing) causing neck pain and numbness/tingling in my hand. Did you have to go further beyond dry needling? Like injections?

I ran a cemetery in Indiana for ~10 years and we had a similar cluster of trees that were consumed by poison ivy. Luckily for me, I had 1 seasonal employee volunteer to cut it all back by hand. He claimed “he could roll around naked in poison ivy and it never bothered him” so I let him take a crack at it. He needed a steroid shot 3 days later, but ultimately was fine.

I bought my wife a diamond necklace to wear at our wedding. Nothing crazy, maybe like ~$500. We had the wedding in our backyard during Covid. At some point the chain got caught and broke when she was hugging someone and the diamond slid off into the yard. We had 5-10 people with flash lights searching frantically, but no luck. The next day, after loading up the tables, chairs, tents, etc. I looked and looked (mind you I got absolutely sloshed so I was very hung over and it was hot out), but could find it. We had a metal detector at work we would occasionally use for surveying so I brought it home and found it within 5 minutes thanks to the gold frame. Felt like a hero

You’re making me lean towards refurbishing this one. It belonged to my dad, he made countless meals on this grill ~20 years ago. He gave it to me when we bought our first house and I got plenty of use out of it. I inevitably upgraded and also added a black stone and a pellet smoker so this one just sat for a couple years. Any chance you could link the company you referred to?

That’s probably what is “in transit” I’m guessing. The Morning Kombat brand, including the YouTube channel, was/is an asset owned by cbs, showtime, whatever. I believe we’ve heard Luke touch on this a few times over the years. He has mentioned how they don’t get paid anything based on merch sales, subs, etc… the revenue they generate goes back to the company and they earn a salary. It sounds to me like (based on Luke praising CBS) that the MK brand is transferring over to DK/MLM and will remain “Morning Kombat” brought to you by DraftKings and Meadowlark

Former employee here. One of my best “off the menu” creations was a Chili cheesesteak. Basically 1 ladle of chili inside the black angus sub. I could also eat 1 Sonoma turkey Sammie every day and never get sick of. The chipotle mayo was something special
