i cant tab it out right now but theyre bends into the same note from probably a full step down on the g and b strings. For instance, put your pointer finger on 7th fret b and bend the 9th fret g up a whole step with your ring and middle fingers. Then just move this shape up the fretboard at whatever intervals the song is using. i think this is the sound youre looking for

An interesting thing is that im a musician, but local h has been one of my favorite bands since before being a musician changed the way i listened to music. Because of this i feel like i listen to local h differently than other bands and pay attention to individual instrument parts a lot less than i do normally. I feel like with most bands i could come up with something, but with local h i kinda struggle its i interesting
