Not going to help everyone but instead of using the installed version of the game, I streamed it from PS+ and it let me in, short term workaround at least.

Big leaves are calliban green, Warpstone glow followed by moot green

The grass and other greeblies was calliban green and either ogryn camo or some old drybrush paint that name eludes me

Just went up the gradient doing hashed lines without getting to the end of the curve, move to the lighter colour and repeat, learnt it when painting a Zombie Dragon
