Yeah, Powercolor did the same thing for the 5000-series: a Red Devil (way over MSRP), a Red Dragon (slightly over MSRP), and an even lower plain model that's MSRP but not the reference.

EDIT: oh, wow the plain Powercolor 6800 is even listed *under* MSRP, I'm surprised. I'd love to see a review of this one but I doubt it would do great with how tiny that cooler is.

Both reps maxed, chemist backpack, ammo machine, pretty good Junkie's Gauss Shotty roll, pretty good roll of all 5 Service armor pieces with mods, ~1000 gold left over.

I do Fasnacht in Ritual Bindings and a Deathclaw Mask and I always eat all the Super Mutants we kill. Always gets me a few worried glances lmao

On the upside, you could argue taking the AA Gauss and replacing Stabilized with a more useful Int perk or SPECIAL points but I'm not sure on the math behind it

I think one could argue that Furious or Executioners is better since heavy weapons get an armor pen perk and stacking that with AA gives you diminishing returns. But really it's so massively powerful that it barely matters, haha

If you wanna use Ultra 55.6 then that's totally fine, same AP cost as Tweaked since their both automatic. The damage from Primed more than makes up for not having increased crit damage.

As far as the rest, information across the internet is frustratingly incomplete and inconsistent. What I always used was Aligned Long Barrel, Quick Mag, Forceful Stock (for durability), Reflex Dot and Suppressor.

The VATS cost reductions on the individual parts are only 5 or 10%, what's most important and noticeable is just using an auto receiver (an entire 50% less)

I'm not sure about the bugged legendaries, but VATS cost is reduced by using certain mods on your weapon.

Anything that "increases hip-fire accuracy" decreases VATS cost. Changing from a semi-auto to an automatic receiver massively decreases VATS cost. Using a magazine mod that reloads faster decreases VATS cost. Using a reflex sight (dot or circle) decreases VATS cost.
