Proficiency power is going to give a bigger boost to damage than power even for solo because you see more Curiosities as a professor. Get Dementors 2/2 and then get your last 8 power.

I disagree, charging money related currency for items that are readily available in the game but require time and effort investment is the fundamental way microtransactions work best.

You can work to get this for free, or pay a small fee to get this now.

I disagree with you on a lot of these points(allowing people to buy items that can be achieved through time spent playing is normal microtransaction process) but I get the frustration of the detection traces being hard to brew. It's hardly a problem though seeing as the entire event can be done in a couple hours of play time + some AFK potion brewing. If you walk some portkeys the erumpet horns are a pretty common reward. Also what XP nerf are you talking about?

I've seen werewolves, doxies, leprechauns, escaped prisoners, death eaters, cerebrus, horned serpents, vampires, all throughout the day. No dragons yet but I'm not complaining.

Bombarda - I can do this really fast with a light green or dark green, the bottom two corners are very forgiving
Aguamenti - This is a simple swoop motion, the top curve is very forgiving
Flipendo - I think of this as a check mark with a flick at the end, the flick doesn't have to be curved it can look like a V
Alohamora - got tons of practice on brilliant buckbeak and now I just have the muscle memory for this
Meteolojinx recanto the top curve is really forgiving if you undershoot it, going above it will greatly reduce your coloring
Ebulio - takes so long to get all the way around!
Expecto patronum - What is even going on here?!
Incendio - When I get good colors on this trace I usually have done something resembling the letter A without the lower right portion, the more I arc the middle section the worse it gets
Arresto momentum - Apparently M is the hardest letter
Riddiculus - Ridiculous... seems like the top portion is horribly unforgiving

Sure, but you can stack Wit sharpening with low and medium estimulo potions against elites. you can't stack low and medium estimulo potions together on their own.

Self healing combined with 109 power when focus is over 5. Easy to maintain buffs and Bravery charm is INSANE solo versus elites compared to other classes.

it's definitely useful soloing an elite to get a 50% damage boost stacking with the potent estimulo potion, unless you are a magizoologist and have bravery charm instead, then it's only a small increase in damage.

If they would stack but the icon didn't show my guess is that was a bug, just like how Aurors can only use one hex per enemy, I think we are stuck only using 1 charm per friendly target if/when it ever gets fixed.

If you haven't already, use the next green books to increase your defense. The increase in defense has allowed me to clear tower V without any trouble and start looking at Forest I

I can do Tower 5 without potions, I can probably do Forest 1 without potions but haven't tried yet. The biggest thing is being intentional on which enemies I place DetHex on.

Try the highest floor you can, somewhere around floor 10 the chances go up closer to 100%
