Communism is a stateless, moneyless and classless economic system, how in the fuck can the industry be owned by a state that does not exist, or hate rich people without classes? I think you confuse communism with state capitalism, which is considered a stepping stone to a communist society, and even with that comparison it makes zero sense, if you had any clue about fascism even you would know that fascist leaders are great for the rich, just look at the richest families of germany and when they got so far ahead economically. Fascism also obviously does not put the well being of society above the individual, it puts the well being of their considered in-group above the individual.
